Tolls Operations

Our company is specialized and experienced in the processings of raw cocoa products and refining of various oils and fats in toll agreement.
In particular following operations can be carried out at our factory by means of a phisical refinery and a classifier cocoa mill:

• Cocoa butter
  • Melting , filtration, deodorisation, deacidification, packaging in 25 kg cartons or liquid in tanks.
• Cocoa Cake 10/12%
  • Debacterization, milling to cocoa powder , light or strong alkalisation, package in 25 kg bags or in 750 kg big bags.
• Other vegetable oils and fats
  • Toll refining of several raw oils and fats, both conventional and biological, like :
    • Shea butter
    • Palm oil
    • Sunflower oil
    • Coconut oil
    Packaging in bulk, drums, buckets or cartons, according to the different customers' requirements.
